About this event

The UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) is a consortium of 14 institutions led by the University of Glasgow. The Centre, which was established in August 2017, is a multidisciplinary partnership between academia, housing policy and practice. CaCHE researchers produce evidence and new research to help in tackling the UK's housing problems at a national, devolved, regional, and local level.During the Festival of Social Science, we will promote the latest housing evidence and host live Twitter Q&A sessions with leading housing academics and researchers to answer questions across our seven broad themes - choice, economy, governance, homelessness, markets, place and wider drivers - as well as specific research projects and programmes.
