The Covid-19 pandemic has brought into sharp relief the importance of work in our lives but also raised questions around what will work look like in the future. Our concern is particularly with those seen to be furthest from securing and sustaining meaningful employment in return for a decent income.
During the event we will be showcasing some lessons from our recently completed Talent Match evaluation and the analysis of data of over 25,000 young people and their initial experience of the labour market. During the event we will be inviting the audience to comment on different future scenarios and how these may be secured.
